For two years, I was part of the Home Decor team at Paris, Cencosud, one of the leading retail companies in Chile. In this role, I specialized in developing children's products for the brands Attimo Kids and Stylo Kids. I designed a wide range of items including bedspreads, comforters, cushions, and towels, all tailored to seasonal trends for both winter and summer.
My work spanned from creating exclusive patterns in various styles to overseeing the full product development process, always drawing inspiration from global trends identified through our trend research trips. These influences were crucial in ensuring that each collection reflected the latest in children's design and met the demands of the market.
Additionally, I collaborated closely with a team in both Chile and China. Together, we developed products, reviewed samples, designed packaging, and conducted final in-store reviews. This comprehensive approach allowed us to maintain high standards of quality and ensure the success of each project.
Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and working under tight deadlines was a constant challenge, but I always maintained a high level of detail and precision, ensuring on-time deliveries and superior product quality.
